We reconfigured our stairs and I had to have a custom railing made to match what was already existing. I was stressing because I didn’t know who to use. I called and spoke with Mike, he was very helpful and very friendly. I sent him pictures of what I needed he quoted me a price, came out to measure and I have a custom railing that perfectly matches the existing railing! And, the price did not change from the quote he gave me. I was just amazed at how simple and quick the entire process was! And, I must say we are extremely happy with the price! I thought for sure it would cost a lot more than what we actually paid. His install team was great! My painter was very impressed with the work and took his information should he ever need him in the future and I highly recommend this company!

Mike & his crew are just WONDERFUL and so professional! They installed window bars INSIDE my house - as my HOA would not allow them to be put on the outside. Mike had never done this before - but he came back twice to measure & make sure that he could do it. Just as a side bar - Mike is one of the nicest people that you would ever meet - just so genuine & kind ---and SUPER PATIENT!! Truly he is a *nice* guy. So the crew came & installed them in a short time and I LOVE -LOVE- LOVE them. I feel so safe and can let the ocean breezes come through without a worry. Mike and his crew and do ANYTHING - just ask and they will do the best they can to make you happy ----and OH BOY HE SURE DID DELIVER. I told them exactly what I wanted, they came out measured and was able to give me a price. Turnaround is about two weeks ago but they finished early and was able to install. We needed to replace our old wrought iron door and found B.A. Ramirez. They have a nice facility located on the corner of Main St. and Albany Ave. with samples outside. My brother and I visited the place and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We looked through the design books and picked a design we liked. Amazing service, got an electronic yard gate as well as a security door! Both look amazing and function perfectly! Had a small gap near the lower part of my security door, let them know and they were out he next week to ensure there was no space between the door! THANK YOU ... B A RAMIREZ AND SONS ... I have used them for over 25 years and the quality of their work and their customer service just keeps getting better and better. About 6 months or so ago, I had them replace my existing gate which we bought from them over 25 years ago. I gave them the basic design which then they improved on. At the time I told them I wanted the gate to be manual (Mike encouraged me to put a operator on it). His wisdom was borne out and about a month ago we called him to put the operator on the gate. He gave us a schedule for the work and met the schedule every step of the way. They just finished the work today. The gate works great and has the latest electronics on it. Trust me these guys are outstanding and i don't see how anyone can give them less than 5 stars. THEY ARE THE BEST. THANKS AGIAN MIKE

We had an excellent experience! I contacted Michael in August about building a custom security screen door for our arched front door. He sent me some pictures of possible styles and prices for each. Once we decided on what we wanted, he immediately had his crew come out to our house to take measurements. Our door was ready in the time frame he quoted and was installed the very next day after we decided on a color for it to be painted. Everything moved along seamlessly and communication was excellent. The final product is fantastic and we're loving having our front door open for the cross-flow of air in our home. I highly recommend Michael & his crew!
